This Privacy Policy explains how Knew Weight Loss and Wellness, LLC (“Knew,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to our website and patients in our care. It applies both to general visitors browsing knewweightloss.com and to patients receiving care through our telehealth program.

- Treatment — sharing your information with your NP, our collaborating Physician, and our contracted pharmacy to provide and fill your care

- Communication — responding to general inquiries submitted through our website
- Legal compliance — required reporting, including adverse event reporting where applicable
We will not use or disclose your protected health information for marketing or research purposes without your specific written authorization, which you may revoke at any time.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information with the parties necessary to provide your care — your NP, our collaborating Physician, and our contracted compounding pharmacy — and as required by law, including public health reporting and health oversight activities. We do not sell patient information. Any business associate we work with who handles PHI on our behalf (such as our EHR platform) is bound by a signed Business Associate Agreement requiring them to protect your information consistent with HIPAA.
5. Your Rights Regarding Your Health Information

- Request restrictions on how your information is used or disclosed
- Request confidential communication at a specific location or method
